• After recommendation of Confederation of Indian Industry, CII (NR). DGE&T, Ministry of Labour, Government of India, New Delhi, I.T.I. Chinsurah has been selected as "Pilot Project".
• IMC comprise of 11 members in which 5 members are from Industries and five members from Trustee and Principal of ITI as Member Secretary. Chairman of IMC is from Trustee.
• Running Classes in three shifts as per Industry needs for maximum utilization of Machinery & Equipments.
• Generation of Internal Chinsurah Private ITI Funds by taking Job oders from Industries / other establishments.
• Chinsurah Private ITI established a seperate Computer Lab with Broadband Internet Connection from Chinsurah Private ITI funds and made Computer Training compulsory for all trade trainees wef August, 2015.
• Sending the trainees of ITI Chinsurah for one / two months I -Plant Industrial Training in industries.
• Campus Interview by reputed induatries located in the state and out of state for better placement of passed out trainees.
• International Campus interview to be conducted by M/s Altajir Glass Industries, Dubai and Aujan Industries, Dubai.
• Well equipped Training & Placemnet Cell under the Supervision of Group Instructor-cum-Training & Placement Officer.
• 100% Placement rate of all the Engg. Trades.
• Observer from industries for examination supervision of theory as well as practical.
• Sending the trainees for Industrial Visits/Tours.
• Lectures by Experts from industries.
• 10 Points MIS System for ITI.
• Training of Faculty of ITI in industries and other establishments.
• Deputation of instructors during one / two month in-Plant Industries Training / Industrial Visits.
